Points Breakdown
400 points = $10
800 points = $20
1200 points = $30
1600 points = $40
1900 points = $50
VIP Program
Per calendar year, you have the opportunity to enter our different VIP levels. Everyone starts at Bronze, and tops off at Gold. These are only awarded once per customer.
Bronze = Starting point, able to utilize points
Silver = 25% off discount code
Gold = 35% off discount code
Rules & Exclusions
These points can be redeemed in-store or online.
Points expire in one year.
We cannot add points for past purchases.
It is the customers responsibility to login with the same account.
We cannot combine points from different email accounts.
Points cannot be transferred between customers.
How To Use Points
First, log in to machusonline.com with the account and email that you place all orders with. After you place your first order and each order after that, you will get an email from us letting you know that you earned points on our web store.
On that email, click the “Spend My Points” button. Since you will be signed in to your Machus account in your browser already, a pop up will appear on the home page asking you if you want to spend your points. Click the desired amount discount based on the points you currently have.
Then once you shop, add items to your cart, and click checkout, the discount should automatically be applied and your points will deplete based on the discount chosen.
