hassle-free exchange policy

Thank you for supporting our small business, we truly appreciate our customers. 

 

  • We do not offer returns, store credit only. 
  • However, all domestic online orders will include a pre-paid return label. 
  • International orders are required to cover return shipments.
  • We will exchange or issue credits for items bought within 30 days of original purchase date.  
  • Must have proof or purchase. 
  • A custom code will be emailed for online orders and a physical gift card given for in-store exchanges. 
  • Some items are final sale and will be noted as such on the product page.
  • Items that are 60% off or more are final sale.
  • Store credit is valid for two years from the date of the return. 
  • Please note that store credit cannot be combined with store promotion codes. One promotion code per transaction only. 
  • Exchanges must have tags, original packaging, be unworn and in perfect condition.
  • We do not take responsibility for regular wear & tear on items purchased at our store. Please contact us if you believe you have a warranty issue or manufacture defect.
  • We reserve the right to put items on sale. If you purchased an item within 7 days of that item going on sale and your size is still available, please email info@machusonline.com and we will issue store credit for the difference.
