RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In-Store Return Policy
MACHUS will refund or exchange all non-sale items within 7 days of original purchase date.
Sale items or items that were bought with promotion/code are only eligible for in-store credit.
Items must have tags, be unworn and in perfect condition. Must have receipt. 

Online Return Policy
Returns are available for non-sale items 14 days after the original purchase date.
Sale items or items that were bought with promotion/code are only eligible for in-store credit.
Items must have tags, be unworn and in perfect condition.
Must have receipt with note indicating the issue whether you want a refund or store credit. 
Exchanges are subject to store availability. If the item is not in stock, we refund will be issued.
We will not issue a refund until the item has returned to MACHUS. 

We will not pay for return shipping nor will we reimburse for original shipping if the item was returned. 

International returns must be received in 30 days of purchase to guarantee a full refund. We will not refund duties.

Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution when trying on garments.

All perfume, socks and earrings are final sale.

Please allow up to 10 days for the return to be credited on your bank/Paypal.

In-store credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date. (Please note that store credits cannot be combined with store promotion codes. We can only do 1 promotion code per transaction.)

Items 60% or higher are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges allowed.

Machus does not take responsibility for regular wear & tear and rips on purchased garments. We can forward you contact information of the brand of your purchase, but we cannot replace or give cash refund for the item purchased on our webstore.

We reserve the right to put items on sale at any given time. If you purchased an item within 7 days of that item going on sale and your size is still available, please email info@machusonline.com and we will issue you store credit for the difference. The 7 days begins on the purchase date.
