- We do not offer returns on products. In-store credit only. (see below for terms and conditions)
- We will exchange items bought In-Store within 15 days of original purchase date.
- We will exchange items bought Online within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items on sale of 60% or more are FINAL SALE.
- Store credit on returned merchandise expires in one year from issue date.
- Items must have tags, be unworn and in perfect condition.
- Must have receipt.
- Some items are final sale like socks and perfume. Such items will be noted as final sale on the product page.
- Must have receipt with note indicating the issue and whether you want store credit or swap for a different item.
- Exchanges are subject to store availability. If the item is not in stock,
We will not issue store credit until the item has returned to MACHUS.
- We will not pay for return shipping nor will we reimburse for original shipping if the item is exchanged.
- In-store credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date. (Please note that store credits cannot be combined with store promotion codes. We can only do 1 promotion code per transaction.)

Refunds on shipping are not possible.
Machus does not take responsibility for regular wear & tear and rips on purchased garments. We can forward you contact information of the brand of your purchase, but we cannot replace or give cash refund for the item purchased on our online store.
We reserve the right to put items on sale at any given time. If you purchased an item within 7 days of that item going on sale and your size is still available, please email email@example.com and we will issue you store credit for the difference. The 7 days begins on the purchase date.
